to COVID-19

Our Response

As concerns about the spread of COVID-19 continue, rest assured we making every effort to celebrate safely. Our plan is as follows:

Working remotely, connecting digitally: Our team is continuing to work normal business hours and has the resources and tools they need to do their jobs remotely. We are hustling from home and here to support you with the best-in-class service you’ve come to expect. Tours and planning meetings can be done remotely as well, but we are now able to make an exception to meet you onsite, in-person if you'd prefer.

Since August of 2020, Kentucky venues have been open at limited capacity with specific spacing requirements.  Under current regulations our capacity is 100 guests in the barn and 32 guests in the house.
All event floor plans will be designed to encourage social distancing with the recommended spacing.
Masks must be worn by staff and guests when indoors and outdoors when spacing isn't feasible.
Guests will be temperature checked via a touch-less thermometer before exiting their vehicle.
Signage throughout the property will educate and encourage safe practices.
Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the property.
High-touch areas, such as restrooms, will be sanitized frequently.
When possible, events will be held outside.
All food and beverage services will be handled by a licensed, insured catering staff.
Self-service is not allowed and food must be covered in some way to prevent exposure.
Assigned seating via seating charts are required to minimize wide-spread exposure.

We have your best interest at heart: Though we cannot address every "If this, then what?" scenario, know that serving our clients well is our number one priority. If/When different restrictions and situations arise, we will do our very best to advise our clients along the way as well as create suitable options under whatever the situation is at the time of an event. We will continue to keep an eye on the situation and make further adjustments to our action plan if and when necessary. The health and well-being of our clients, team, and community are of utmost importance to us and will continue to be our north star as we navigate the road ahead.

Thank you for your support and understanding as we navigate this rapidly changing situation. We are truly grateful. Please let us know if you have specific concerns and we will answer them to the best of our ability.
