Keep in Mind

  Warrenwood cannot legally sell alcohol. The following offerings include bar services and/or associated materials but never include alcohol.  Therefore, YOU are responsible for the purchase of all alcohol separately.
 
Some of our offerings are priced per person, so your estimated guest count is required to complete your quote. Your final total cost will be adjusted based on your final guest count (due 30 days before your event). 
 
Our prices and availability may change at any time. A deposit is required to lock in the price and reserve specific services.

Bar Setup

Warrenwood bartending services always include basic bar-related tools & equipment, such as coolers, table linens, bar towels, napkin holders, straw holders, garnish holders, cutting board, knife, shaker tin, strainer, wine & bottle opener, pour spouts, spill mats & ice scoops.

Beyond that we like to jazz things up a bit with fancy bar fronts, elegant decor and a water station on a cute cocktail table. Here are two sample setups. 

Bar Setup fee

$400 for one bar
$600 for two bars

Bartending Services

Our team will:

We’ll organize, stock, and set up each bar location.

Chill drinks, prepare mixers and garnishes, and place signage/tip jars.

Arrive early, professionally dressed, and ready to serve.

Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service for your guests.

Ensure alcohol is served responsibly and safely.

Clean up, remove trash, and pack up leftover alcohol at the end of the night.

Bartender service fee

$100 per hour per bartender

One bartender is typically sufficient for events under 150 guests, but a second bartender is required (for at least two hours) for events over 150 guests.

Bar supplies—like ice, disposable drinkware (cups, napkins, straws), and mixers/garnishes—aren’t included in the prices above but can be added at a custom rate based on your bar menu and event needs. Your final cost will be adjusted according to your confirmed guest count.

Hi, I'm Shae Martin!

I’m a bourbon lover and UK super fan. I’ve always been a sucker for a small wager on a football game or an intense hand of blackjack. It may sound cliché, but I love bartending! I like talking to people, and I take pride in kindly serving guests their favorite ice-cold drink. My over 20 years of service industry experience started in my family's country restaurant and continued behind the bar of several other Central Kentucky restaurants. In recent years, I've been running an event bartending business of my own, Bottles & Barrels. But, now I'm thrilled to be serving exclusively at Warrenwood. Let's celebrate your wedding together!

Want a Quote?

We do not charge a gratuity if you allow us to place a tip jar at the bar.

Do you charge gratuity?

Yes, we are required to charge 6% sales tax on everything.

Do you charge tax?

Online via credit card or electronic bank transfer

How do I make payments?

A $200 deposit reserves our services. The remaining balance, adjusted to reflect your final guest count, is due 30 days before your event.

When are payments due?

Services must be booked at least two months prior to your event, but we recommend booking as soon as possible. We do not guarantee the availability of services until we have received a signed contract and deposit.

When should I book bar services?

We’re proud to offer excellent service at a great value, but you’re welcome to hire any licensed and insured bartender.

Beginning in 2027, a fee may apply if you choose someone outside of Warrenwood.

Do I have to book Warrenwood Bar Services?
