RENTAL
Use of these rental items is not included in your venue rental fee. These items are booked and paid for separately.
You do not have to rent anything extra from us if you don't want to. Table linens are needed and available to rent, but are not included in our standard rental Package.
Rental items are selected during onsite planning meetings.
Inventory & prices are subject to change. Please do not book Warrenwood for your event based on the availability of any particular inventory item.

The prices listed here are for the rental of standard polyester linens. Request a custom quote for Other linen sizes, patterns or materials.

When linens are rented through Warrenwood, our team will place your linens on your tables, but we are not responsible for folding or placing napkins.
Orders must be placed not later than 7 days prior to your event. Payment is due at this time as well. Any changes after that time cannot be guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for damaged linens beyond normal wear and use. This includes tears, holes, burns and candle wax. Client must pay replacement cost.
When you request a quote you will receive an invoice via Honeybook that can be paid in-person via cash or check or online via credit card or bank transfer.
