Saturday dates are listed here, but we can easily shift your package if you prefer a Friday or Sunday event.
We also book our Signature Wedding Package on Mondays-Thursdays at a discounted rate.

We are constantly booking events so our availability can change at any time. A date is booked and removed from this list when we've received a signed contract and deposit.

Directions
Not all GSP systems will properly locate Warrenwood Manor so the best way to find us is to input "Warrenwood Manor" into Apple or Google Maps and follow their directions.
From Danville take HWY 127 South. After passing Walmart, Warrenwood Manor will be located on the left, less than one mile down the road. Our entrance is directly off of HWY 127 and across from Bonta Lane.
Guest Information
Most wedding ceremonies are outdoors and not all Warrenwood buildings are temperature controlled so please dress appropriately for the weather.
Warrenwood does not provide guest transportation. Guest parking is in a well-lit gravel parking lot. Cars can be left in the parking lot overnight if necessary.
None. Warrenwood provides the tables & chairs, but does not offer decorations. Rental items such as table linens, accent tables, bourbon barrels, arches, etc. are available, but priced and booked separately. See our inventory >>HERE<<.
What decorations are included?
No, the venue staff will be onsite during your event to tend to venue-related tasks only, not to coordinate your entire event. We highly recommend, but do not required, you to hire an event coordinator.
Is A wedding Coordinator Included?
Yes. Event insurance is required, but not purchased from Warrenwood or included with your venue rental. The cost is generally $100-$200 via our recommended provider, Event Helper.
Do I have to get event insurance?
You can hire any reputable & professional vendor. Caterers & bartenders must be licensed and insured. Warrenwood now offers bar services. Learn more about our services >>HERE<<.
What vendors can I hire for my wedding?
Payments may be made via check, cash or credit card. After your initial deposit, your remaining balance is broken up into two equal payments.
What are the payment options?
A date is booked when we've received a signed contract and 33% deposit. Contract signatures & payments can be handled online.
How do I book my wedding Date?
No. Dates are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Booking is the only way to reserve your date.
Will you hold my wedding date?
